The proposed method can produce optimal pumping strategies for complex DWNs in short computation times, while avoiding the need for non-linear programming techniques to cater for non-linear flow-head equations. The proposed approach is simulated using Epanet to represent the hydraulic DWNs. The D-Town benchmark water network is used as a case study. | Descripción: | Under a Creative Commons license.-- Trabajo presentado a la 13th Computing and Control for the Water Industry (CCWI2015): "Sharing the best practice in water management", celebrada en De Montfort University (UK) del 2 al 4 de septiembre de 2015. | Versión del editor: | http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.proeng.2015.08.982 | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/133122 | DOI: | 10.1016/j.proeng.2015.08.982 | Identificadores: | doi: 10.1016/j.proeng.2015.08.982 issn: 1877-7058 |
