ResumenThe concept of self-organization is introduced in relation to its mathematical description and applications in biological sciences. The evolution of complex systems may be driven by synergetic changes and structural instability. related concepts such as biological assemblage, self-maintaining systems, and boolean networks are discussed. An example of modelling of enzymatic metabolism with master equation is shown. Some examples of modelling of co-evolution, cognitive emergences and social emergence are shown
