Título: | A model of minimally invasive automatic cutaneous surgery With precise epidermal ablation by isocoric displacement arf Excimer laser |
Autor: | López-G, Laura; Monforte, Agustín; Fernández-Arias, Clemente; Serrano, Fernando; Jadraque, María CSIC; Martín Muñoz, Margarita CSIC | Fecha de publicación: | 24-sep-2007 | Citación: | IX International Conference on Laser Ablation (2007) | Resumen: | Cutaneous gene therapy lacks a suitable animal model of deepithelization, since the current dermal excision and dermal/epidermal transgenic equivalent transplantation is inapplicable in humans. In this study, we have employed ArF excimer laser pulses (tp 20-40ns) at l= 193 nm for the ablation of mouse epidermis.a computer controlled a tile floor design of 34 rectangles designed to irradiate a polygonal area of ~2 cm of diameter. Dosimetry measurements showed that 64 Pulses Per Spot (PPS) at a fluence of 56mJ/cm2 achieved minimal deepithelization and smooth cutaneous live surgery for transplants. | Descripción: | Trabajo presentado en el IX International Conference on Laser Ablation, celebrado en Tenerife (España) el 24 de septiembre de 2007. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/258351 |
