El sistema de financiación regional: La liquidación de 2010 y algunas reflexiones sobre la reciente reforma

Abstract

On July 2012, the Spanish Ministry of Finance and Public Administration published the liquidation of the regional financing system corresponding to 2010. this note describes the allocation of resources established in this document, which marks the maturity of the new financing model established in 2009 and introduces some adjustments to the official financing figures in order to improve their comparability across regions. It also analyzes the immediate sources of the changes in regional financing that took place between 2009 and 2010 and evaluates the effects of the reform on the equity of the distribution of resources across regions. ©2012, Instituto de Estudios Fiscales.
