Título: | Study of interferences in the determination of lead by hydride generation-direct flame atomic-absorption spectrometry when oxidising agents are employed to increase the sensitivity |
Autor: | Castillo, Juan R.; Mir Marín, José M.; Val Falcón, Jesús CSIC ORCID ; Colón, María P.; Martínez, Carmen | Fecha de publicación: | 1985 | Editor: | Royal Society of Chemistry (UK) | Citación: | The Analyst 110 (10): 1219-1221 (1985) | Resumen: | The greatest sensitivity in the determination of lead by hydride generation-direct flame AAS is obtained in the presence of ammonium persulphate (0.012 µg). A complete interference study is reported, comparing the results obtained when hydrogen peroxide and ammonium persulphate are employed. The oxidation to a metastable tetravalent state of lead by the prior action of the oxidising agent is considered to be the mechanism by which the atomic-absorption signal in increased. | Versión del editor: | http://dx.doi.org/10.1039/an9851001219 | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/96125 | DOI: | 10.1039/an9851001219 | Identificadores: | doi: 10.1039/an9851001219 issn: 0003-2654 |
