Abstract[EN] Rhizopogon aromaticus is described as a new species, based upon macromorphology, micromorphology and DNA sequencing features. Relationships with close species, such as R. adoratus and R. fragrans, which also show an aromatic odour, and with R. ellenae and R. fuscorubens are discused.
