Abstract[EN] The present invention relates to a transgenic non-human animal whose genome comprises a polynucleotide comprising a hematopoietic stem cell-specific transcriptional regulatory sequence operatively linked to a heterologous nucleotide sequence encoding a human MALT1 protein and which recapitulates most of the features of human B-cell lymphomas, such as Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue (MALT) lymphoma or activated B-cell like Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (ABC-DLBCL). Further, the invention also relates to methods for the screening of compounds with pharmacologically relevant activities using said transgenic non-human animals.
