Título: | A first order incremental analog to digital converter based on continuous time circuits |
Autor: | Doldán, R. CSIC; Yúfera, Alberto CSIC ORCID; Rueda, Adoración CSIC ORCID | Fecha de publicación: | jun-2003 | Editor: | International Measurements Conference | Citación: | Proceedings of XVII IMEKO World Congress: 701-705 (2003) | Resumen: | In this paper, an incremental Analog-to- Digital Converter (ADC) designed as part of the signalconditioning circuitry for tissue impedance measurement system is presented. Continuous-time design techniques has been used and a modified implementation of the conversion algorithm, with respect to its discrete-time counterpart, has been developed. To reduce the influence of the no-idealities, analog and digital corrections have been also implemented. A prototype in 0.8μm CMOS technology has been fabricated and tested. Experimental results are reported. | Descripción: | Comunicación presentada al "XVII IMEKO World Congress: Metrology in the 3rd Millennium" celebrado en Dubrovnik (croacia) del 22 al 28 de Junio del 2003. | Versión del editor: | http://www.imeko.org/index.htm?/pastcgrs.php | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/84939 |
