Title: | Database for ISOL-production optimization with web access |
Authors: | Turrión, Manuela CSIC ORCID; García Borge, María José CSIC ORCID; Tengblad, Olof CSIC ORCID | Issue Date: | 19-Nov-2004 | Publisher: | Elsevier | Citation: | Nuclear Physics A 746: 441–444 (2004) | Abstract: | The compilation of the large amount of data produced during experiments is one of the key tasks to address in radioactive ion facilities. Real time systems continuously generate information about the ongoing processes, which should be monitored in order to improve the performance of the facilities. But these data are also essential to improve the future production of more and more exotic isotopes. In order to take control over the large amount of variables that affect the design and development of targets and ion source systems, a database management system of the operational data can facilitate the analysis and retrieval of information produced. | Description: | 4 pages, 2 figures.-- Printed version published Dec 27, 2004.-- Issue title: Proceedings of the Sixth International Conference on Radioactive Nuclear Beams (RNB6, Argonne, Illinois, Sep 22-26, 2003). | Publisher version (URL): | http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.nuclphysa.2004.09.062 | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/5518 | DOI: | 10.1016/j.nuclphysa.2004.09.062 | ISSN: | 0375-9474 |
