AbstractFungicides are widcly used to avoid several plagues and illnesses of grapevines. Thc use of these products has also been associatcd with certain neganve effecrs on the metabolism of yeasts, such as inrerruptions or dc1ays on alcoholic and malolacuc fcrmcn tations.
