Abstract[EN] Previous studies in the Misión Biológica de Galicia (CSIC) have allowed us to characterise and differentiate so far ampelography, agronomy and molecular knowledge are concerned, different vine varieties, (Martinez et al., 2004, Santiago et al., 2004). We also have differentiated at an ampelographic and agronomic level clones belonging to 'Albarino' variety (Boso et al., 2004) and even it was possible to prove (in the field and laboratory) that among those clones there are differences taking their level of resistance to downy-mildew into account (Boso et al., 2004). Regarding that possibly the ampelographic differences and most of the agronomic differences among varieties and clones at a macroscopic level, are related to microscopic differences (histology), and in the studies carried out by several authors (Gabler, 2003, Bessis et al., 2002, Jeandet and Bessis, 1989) who pointed out the resistance to cryptogamic diseases among the clones and varieties could come underlined by certain differences at an anatomic level (inter-nodes length of the vine shoot, structure of the rachis in the bunch,...) and histologic (thickness of the leaf, thickness and structure of different tissues that belong to the leaf, number of stoma, density and type of prostate hairs in the lower and upper sides of the mature leaf, structure of the epidermis of the berry...) a work in this direction was undertaken. Several anatomic and histologic analysis were carried out in young leaf, adult leaf, vine shoot, green berry, ripening berry and skin (Jensen, 1962), inter-nodes, flower, rachis and impression of adult leaves (D'Ambrogio de Argüeso, 1986), of which first results are presented here.
