In the present paper after a short review of existing corrosion rate meters to measure on site, results of a comparison made of reinforced concrete slabs with various degradations such as carbonation or chloride among several using a guard ring with modulated confinement of the current is presented in order to have a reproducibility and repeatability for the measurements.
