Resumen:	The complete analysis of the 'H NMR spectra of [ (C,Me,)lr(glycinate)CI] and [ (C,Me,)Ir(N-methylg1ycinate) Clj provide information for the conformational analysis of the five-membered N-C-C-0-Ir ring.
