AbstractAt las Planchadas there is a slightly alkaline to subalkaline volcanism affected by a low grade metamorphism with features indicating continental proximity and a subaquatic environment. The fauna defines a typical biofacial context from shore zones and shallow waters with volcanic islands. The contents of immobile elements are typically intraplate.
