The X-ray diffraction values of said porous crystalline material are given in Table 1. The invention also relates to a method of preparing the material in the presence of fluoride ions and using N(16)- methylsparteine as a structure directing agent. The inventive material can be used in its acid form and in the form of a bifunctional catalyst in aromatic alkylation, hydrocracking and catalytic cracking processes.
