However, recent studies have pointed towards a connection between cell metabolism, growth and division. The signaling pathway driven by TOR is highly conserved from yeast to mammals and plays a key role in the control of growth and proliferation in response to nutrients, growth factors, and cellular energy. Furthermore, TOR contributes to the control of cell cycle progression, although currently not many molecular details are known. We aimed to understand how growth control regulates cell cycle events after anaphase. To synchronize cells in anaphase, we inactivated the Mitotic Exit Network (MEN) kinase [...] | Descripción: | Trabajo presentado en el 44º Congreso de la SEBBM, celebrado en Málaga (España) del 06 al 09 de septiembre de 2022. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/285219 |
