Abstract[EN] The invention relates to a method for the partial recovery of a filtration adjuvant used in methods of extracting polysaccharides from algae. The inventive method essentially consists in: drying the residue in order to eliminate the majority of water; heating the dried product at a temperature of between 500 and 900 °C; and combusting the gases originating from the pyrolysis of the organic material. In a first variation, the dried product is heated in a fluidised bed furnace at a temperature close to 600 °C using the fluidisation air to transfer the flammable gases and destroy the residual organic material. Alternatively, in a second variation, instead of a fluidised bed furnace, a rotary furnace is used at a temperature close to 700 °C and for a residence time close to 30 minutes, the gases from the rotary furnace being exploited in the drying step.
[ES] Procedimiento de recuperacion parcial de un coadyuvante de filtracion utilizado en los procesos de extraccion de polisacaridos a partir de algas, que comprende, fundamentalmente, la siguiente secuencia de operaciones ; seccado del residuo para eliminar la mayor parte del agua, calentamiento del producto seco entre 500 900 °C, y combustion de los gases procedentes de la pirolisis de la materia organica. En una primera variante el calentamiento del producto seco se realiza en un horno de lecho fluidizado (4), a una temperatura proxima a los 600°C, empleandose el aire de fluidizacion para arrastrar los gases inflmables y destruir la materia organica residual. En una segunda variante se utiliza, en lugar de un horno de lecho fluidizado, un horno rotatorio a una temperatura proxima a los 700°C y durante un tiempo de residencia proximo a los 30 minutos, aprovechandose los gases del horno rotatorio en la etapa de secado (I) previo.
