Título: | Adaptative filter for seismic signals of variable slowness |
Autor: | Ventosa, Sergio CSIC ORCID ; Simon, Carine CSIC ORCID ; Schimmel, Martin CSIC ORCID ; Dañobeitia, Juan José CSIC ORCID ; Mànuel-Làzaro, Antoni CSIC ORCID | Fecha de publicación: | 2007 | Editor: | Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña | Citación: | Instrumentation Viewpoint 6: 85-86 (2007) | Resumen: | Recently, wide-angle seismic techniques are getting popular for ocean subsoil research. For these studies, an array of sensors is deployed at the bottom of the sea to record the reaction of the subsoil to a set of airguns that shoot nearby the surface. These shots are regular enough to detect refl ected signals through their coherent appearance. In order to take advantage of these similarities, the response of each shot is aligned side by side according to their shot time, making a time-distance image called record section (RS) | Descripción: | Martech 2007 International Workshop on Marine Technology, 15-16 november 2007, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Spain.-- 2 pages, 2 figures | Versión del editor: | http://upcommons.upc.edu/revistes/handle/2099/4930 | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/26776 | ISSN: | 1697-2562 | E-ISSN: | 1886-4864 |
