In this way, the deficiency zero theorem asserts that every weakly reversible network of zero deficiency has a unique equilibrium, for any choices of parameter values. We make use of CRNT, aiming not only to discriminate whether a (positive deficiency) network can exhibit multiple steady states, but also to characterize the whole space of the parameters regarding to their capability to produce multistationarity. In this work, we provide a condition, on the parameters of biochemical networks, for the appearance of multistationarit | Descripción: | 6 pages, 3 figures.-- 11th International Symposium on Computer Applications in Biotechnology, Leuven, Belgium, July 7-9, 2010 | Versión del editor: | https://doi.org/10.3182/20100707-3-BE-2012.0008 | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/251517 | DOI: | 10.3182/20100707-3-BE-2012.0008 | ISBN: | 978-3-902661-70-8 | ISSN: | 1474-6670 |
