Título: | Modulation of Src Kinase Activity by Selective Substrate Recognition with Pseudopeptidic Cages |
Autor: | Tapia, Lucía CSIC ORCID; Solozábal, Naiara CSIC ORCID; Solà Oller, Jordi CSIC ORCID ; Pérez, Yolanda CSIC ORCID; Miller, Todd; Alfonso, Ignacio CSIC ORCID | Palabras clave: | Kinase activity | Fecha de publicación: | 9-jun-2021 | Editor: | Wiley-Blackwell | Citación: | Chemistry - a European Journal (2021) | Resumen: | The modulation of the activity of tyrosine kinases (TK) is an appealing topic of current research. This work presents new pseudopeptidic cages that protect the substrates from the action of the TK enzyme, precluding the corresponding Tyr phosphorylation, with a very good correlation between the Tyr caging and the kinase inhibition. The results illustrate how TK signaling can be efficiently and selectively modulated with supramolecular complexes. | Versión del editor: | https://doi.org/10.1002/chem.202101933 | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/244930 | DOI: | 10.1002/chem.202101933 |
