AbstractThe dataset consists on whole-cell patch-clamp recordings of striatal medium spiny neurons (MSNs) and cortical L5 neurons. MSNs are usually recorded simultaneously with single or double LFP in different cortical regions. The experiments were performed under ketamine/medetomidine anaesthesia. When visual stimulation was performed, a white LED was used. In addition, matlab scripts and the necessary data to reproduce the main results in the publication listed below are provided.
