[EN] "ΔELTA" was an attempt to study the influence of the river Ebro outflow and obtain a knowledge of local circulation. Troughout this study we conclude that the influence of the river depends on the wind regime. When the wind is weak, fresh water floods a thin surface layer leaving the gulf north eastwards.
