dc.description.abstractA report on empirical interaction surface for the He-Cl2(B 3IIu based on additive pairwise potentials was presented. The surface reproduced the Cl2 vibrational and rotational distributions with a level of quality achieved by the previous surfaces. The reported He-Cl2(B) empirical potential provided the best description of the spectroscopic and dynamical properties in the range of vibrational excitations.-
