AbstractMycolicibacterium hassiacum is the most thermophilic of all the mycobacteria. A partial sequence based on Illumina technology of around 5 Mbp was published in 2012. Here, we report the 5,269,097-bp complete genome sequence assembled into a single circular chromosome.
