[EN] This PhD thesis work has been focused on three independent aspects of the pathoadaptation by two closely related bacterial species of host-restricted respiratory colonizing opportunistic pathogens. Bacterial patho-adaptive evolution has been considered in both experimental (Chapter 2) and within-host (Chapters 1 and 3) settings.
