Trabajo presentado en EuropaCat: 11th European Congress on Catalysis, celebrado en Lyon (Francia) del 1 al 6 de septiembre de 2013.-
O-CeO2 catalysts show high activity in CO conversion reactions like WGS or CO-PROX. Both the CuOCeO2 interaction and the role of reactants in the process, as well as the relationship bewteen these two factors, have still unknown aspects that deserve further study. Here we present results of operando spectroscopic experiments on catalysts of this type trying to clarify some of these aspects-
Thanks are given to Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación (Plan Nacional Project CTQ2009-14527) and Comunidad de Madrid (Project DIVERCEL, Ref.: S2009/ENE-1475) for funding, and to Dr M. Hävecker and the rest of the ISISS station staff for help in HP-XPS measurements. A. L. C. and M. M. acknowledge PhD grants from the CSIC JAE program and Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación FPI program, respectively.-
