dc.description.abstract | This work shows the effects of the application of two herbicides, triasulfuron (T) and prosulfocarb (P) in unamended (S) and green-compost-amended (S+C) soils on soil microbial structure. The commercial formulations of herbicides were applied individually or as a combined formulation at agronomical doses. The assay was performed at field scale for 100 days. Along the assay, soil samples were taken to monitor the microbial structure of the soil by the phospholipid fatty acids profile analysis (PLFA). The results showed microbial structure shift by herbicides and green compost application. At the end of the assay, the unamended soil showed microbial shift by combined application of T+P, which enhanced the abundance of Gram positive bacteria and reduced the abundance of Gram negative bacteria and Actinobacteria. In the case of amended soils (S+C), prosulfocarb was responsible of the microbial shift, enhancing the abundance of Gram negative bacteria and Actinobacteria with respect to amended soils without prosulfocarb (S+C and S+C+T). | es_ES |
