Method for the production of nanostructured skutterudites of the CoSb3 type

[EN] The invention relates to a method for the production of nanostructured skutterudites of the CoSb 3 type from a solution of the corresponding precursor acetate salts and a polymer. The method includes a step of atomisation or electrospinning in order to eliminate the solvent from said solution and to nanostructure the precursor that is subsequently heat-treated under an inert atmosphere.

[ES] La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de skutteruditas nanoestructuradas del tipo CoSb3 a partir de una disolución de las correspondientes sales acetato precursoras y un polímero. El procedimiento incluye una etapa de atomización o bien de electrospinning para eliminar el disolvente de dicha disolución y nanoestructurar el precursor que posteriormente es tratado térmicamente bajo atmósfera inerte.
