AbstractHere, we report the genome sequences of one Achromobacter and four Pseudomonas strains isolated from sediments of the River Elbe which are highly tolerant toward the xenobiotic target compound diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and emerging contaminant.
