dc.description.abstractI present my methodology for the spectroscopic study of non-rigid organic molecules detected in star formation regions of the interstellar medium . As examples of our studies, I selected two species: ethylen glycol [1] and methyl isocyanate [2]. The firts was astrophysically identified in 2002 [3], and the second one in 2015 and in 2016 [4-5]. For methyl isocyanate, assignments of many rotational lines are ambiguos.-
