dc.description.abstractTemporal and evolutionary dynamic of gene expression is critical for tissue formation during animal development and has been essential for morphological diversification along evolution. This depends on cis-regulatory information located at the non-coding DNA that is organized in regulatory landscapes controlling the expression of specific genes. What is the dynamic of the regulatory landscapes along development and evolution? Here I will present a comparative study of the regulatory landscape of genes critical for appendage development that help to understand how these structures have evolved.-
