AbstractThis video shows the process after deconvolution with Huygens Essential. These movies represent a raw (1st movie) and Huygens deconvolved (2nd movie) time series of CD63-positive green vesicles moving towards synapse areas between a Jurkat and two Raji cells.
DescriptionMicroscope NIKON TE2000 Objective: PlanApo VC 60x NA 1.4 The formation of a double synapse between 1 Jurkat cell and 2 Raji cells (which underwent engulfment), and the movement of MVBs towards synapse areas was recorded (10 frames per second). Synapse formation there was an accumulation of intracellular GFP-CD63 vesicles close to the synapse areas.
