| dc.description.abstract | The Personal Well-being Index (PWI) was applied to evaluate the subjective well-being of community-dwelling people aged 50 years old and more in Spain. The essay summarizes the psychometric performance of the PWI, analyzes the PWI in its global and domain-specific contexts, and shows the relationship with sociodemographic parameters and other relevant domains of quality of life. A comparison of the evaluation of PWI for the adult and older Spanish population with other international PWI results is provided. Data source comes from the pilot survey of the ELES Project (Spanish Longitudinal Study of Ageing Longitudinal Study) carried out in 2011. | es_ES |
