Abstract:	[ES] Se divide el análisis de la decida de 1590 en tres partes: un sondeo de peticiones en la Cámara de Castilla, para ver fenómenos de continuidad; un estudio sobre cómo en 1590, época de crisis se combaten la insolidaridad y la langosta finalmente, cómo en época de crisis política se persigue ejemplarmente cualquier absurda disidencia [EN] TThe analysis of the 1530' s divided into three parts an investigation of demands to the Cámara de Castilla in order to analyse the phenomena of continuity; a study of how in the 90’s, times of crisis lack of solidarity and locust plagues are faught against; finally, how any absurd dissidence is exemplary dealt with in times of political crisis.
