formulation of numerical simulation models. The structure is such that it can be easily adapted to different external simulation codes. One genetic algorithm, two brute force optimization algorithms (sweep and Monte-Carlo), one iterative algorithm and two direction search algorithms are included as alternative methods. Parallel computations are enabled in a simple way so that the work load can be distributed among the different processors available in one computer or in multiple computers of a cluster. This software is open source and is distributed with a BSD type license. Puede adapatarse fácilmente a diversos códigos de simulación externos. Se han incluido como algoritmos de optimización dos de fuerza bruta (barrido y Monte-Carlo), uno iterativo y dos de búsqueda de dirección.
