Its small size and high axisimmetry provide them unique. and novel properties that allow us to determine separately the mass, stiffness and position of the particle through the beam. Besides this, the exploitation of the optical resonances associated to the light confinement in subwavelength structures, can efliciently extend optomechanics to this kind of objects, offering the possibility of observing quantum phenomena on mesoscopic objects or improving its sensitiviy | - |
