dc.description.abstractThe magnetic properties of a new series of diluted magnetic semiconductors Zn1-xMnxGa2Se4 with x ranging between 0 and 1 are reported from magnetization and AC magnetic susceptibility data. Antiferromagnetic as well as spin-glass-like behaviors have been detected showing a dependence with the Mn content as well as the cation distribution.-
