ResumenOur research aims to provide a means for independent entities to autonomously develop a set of shared conventions which will allow them to communicate with each other. The communication system thus developed needs to be efficient, robust, learnable and tolerant of noise occurring at all stages in the communication process. This paper proposes a system based on repeated interactions, coupled with learning procedures that allows shared communication systems to be developed even in the presence of noise.
