Abstract[EN] The invention relates to a family of differently substituted benzothiazoles having an inhibitory activity against the enzyme casein kinase 1 (CK1), as a result of which they are suitable for use in the treatment or prevention of diseases caused by this enzyme, particularly diseases associated with circadian rhythm and inflammatory, autoimmune, psychiatric, neurodegenerative, neurological or ophthalmological diseases, as well as for inducing cell regeneration.
[FR] La présente invention concerne une famille de benzothiazoles différemment substitués qui présentent une activité inhibitrice de l'enzyme caséine quinase 1 (CK-1), étant ainsi utiles pour le traitement ou la prévention de maladies médiées par cette enzyme, notamment, de maladies liées au rythme circadien, de maladies inflammatoires, autoimmunes, psychiatriques, neurodégénératives, neurologiques, ophtalmologiques, ainsi que pour induire une régénération cellulaire.
[ES] La presente invención se refiere a una familia de benzotialoles diferentemente sustituidos que presentan actividad inhibitoria de la enzima caseína quinasa 1 (CK-1), por lo que son útiles para el tratamiento o prevención de enfermedades mediadas por esta enzima, especialmente, enfermedades relacionadas con el ritmo circadiano, enfermedades inflamatorias, autoinmunes, psiquiátricas, neurodegenerativas, neurológicas, oftalmológicas, así como para inducir regeneración celular.
