Influencia de mallas antigranizo en producción de manzana ecológica

Abstract

[ES] En este ensayo, se ha estudiado el efecto de las mallas antigranizo en una parcela de manzanos de agricultura ecológica sita en la población zaragozana de Épila (Aragón), cubierta con mallas de dos diferentes tonalidades (roja y gris). Los objetivos de este estudio han sido los siguientes: 1. Evaluar el efecto de la malla de protección sobre el microclima de dos cultivares de manzano (Golden y Galaxy) en las condiciones agroclimáticas de Épila (Zaragoza, Aragón, España) 2. Estudiar la productividad del cultivo del manzano bajo mallas de protección. 3. Determinar los efectos de las mallas sobre la calidad del fruto en esta región. 4. Evaluar posibles alteraciones en el crecimiento vegetativo del cultivo del manzano bajo malla.

[EN] In this research, the effect of the anti-hailstone nets has been studied in a plot of organically grown apples located in the Zaragozan town of Epila (Aragon), covered with nets of two different tones (red and grey). The objectives of this study were the following: 1. Evaluate the effect of the protective net on the micro-climate of two Apple varieties (Golden and Galaxy) in Epila’s agro-climatic conditions (Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain) 2. Study the productivity of the apple variety under protective nets. 3. Determine the effects of the nets on the quality of the fruit in this region. 4. Evaluate possible alterations in the vegetative growth of the apple variety under the net.
