Centro Nacional de Microelectrónica (CNM)

El Centro Nacional de Microelectrónica (CNM) pertenece al Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, CSIC. Fundado en 1985, el CNM está constituido por tres Institutos:

- Instituto de Microelectrónica de Barcelona, IMB-CNM
- Instituto de Microelectrónica de Madrid, IMM-CNM
- Instituto de Microelectrónica de Sevilla, IMSE-CNM
