AbstractThe bond entropy is used for the determination of the critical transition line between the charge density wave (CDW) phase and the Luttinger liquid phase in a model of polarized fermions with nearest-neighbor and next nearest-neighbor interaction. In spite of the Kosterlitz–Thouless character of the transition, small sizes are enough for an accurate determination of the critical parameters.
