AbstractThe Misión Biológica de Galicia (Pontevedra, Spain) holds a germplasm collection that includes 1464 landraces and ecotypes of several cultivated plants, including maize, legumes, brassica crops and grasses. Some of this material has been evaluated for agronomic and quality characters. Numerical classifications have also been performed for several species in order to establish the taxonomical relationships among varieties.
