Lentil cultivation is threatened worldwide by Fusarium
wilt, caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lentis
(Fol). Knowledge on pathogenic diversity and genetic
structure of Fol populations is fundamental for
breeding for resistance and managing the disease.
We therefore studied virulence diversity within a
collection of Fol isolates.
