Estudiar si las modificaciones genéticas analizadas persisten en plantas cultivadas hasta la fase reproductiva. Analizar la utilidad de dichas modificaciones en la protección frente a condiciones de estrés abiótico que provocan la senescencia foliar (por ejemplo, la falta de luz o de nutrientes; o el estrés hídrico y la temperatura elevada, por separado o de forma combinada, etc.) . Identificar los genes activados por los factores transcripcionales utilizados en nuestros estudios, especialmente los que no codifican Heat Shock Proteins (HSPs).
