The Gogorcena’s lab (Genetics, Genomics and Breeding of fruits and grapevine) combines physiological, biochemical and molecular approaches with classic genetic analyses and bioinformatics to identify and characterize genes for application in plant breeding. Our main working model is GF677 rootstock and we work in other plant species such as other Prunus spp., peach, apples and grapevines. ------------- Agricultural Plant Science, Food Science, Plant Biotechnology, Horticulture, Plant Physiology, Plant Breeding, Plant Genetics, Research Funding and Scholarship
