[ES] El grupo de genómica de frutales y de vid, dirigido por la Dra Gogorcena, inició sus actividades en el año 2002 apoyando tres grandes líneas de acción in mejora genética de especies leñosas: i) selección de patrones y variedades frutales adaptados a las condiciones del área mediterránea; ii) desarrollo de técnicas multidisciplinares para su aplicación en mejora; y iii) conservación de recursos fitogenéticos en especies frutales y vid. La actividad llevada a cabo en los últimos años nos ha permitido profundizar en los objetivos descritos a continuación y consolidar las líneas de trabajo.
[EN] The Genomics of fruit trees and grapevine research group began its activities in 2002 supporting three main lines of action in plant breeding of woody species: i) selection of fruit varieties and rootstocks adapted to the conditions of the Mediterranean area; ii) development of multidisciplinary techniques for its application in marked-assisted breeding; and iii) conservation of genetic resources in fruit tree species and grapevine. The activities carried out in the last years focuses on the following objectives to strengthen the research line.
