VARIABLE		DESCRIPTION

IDENTITY		Bird identification number, equivalent to ring number 
YEAR			Year of capture
AREA			Area in which the bird was captured
SEX			Bird age, coded as 1 = male, and 2 = female
KEEL_LENGTH		Keel length (mm), as a measure of skeletal body size
FAT			Subcutaneous fat stores, coded from 0 (no visible fat) to 4 (belly covered with fat)
BODY_MASS		Bird weight (g)
ESTOMACH		Stomach volume, coded as 4= full, 3 = ¾, 2 = ½, and  1= ¼ or 0 = empty
