AbstractHuman Resource Management relevance in Knowledge Management had been studied in the academic literature focuses mostly on recruitment, selection, wages and salaries and career development processes. We’ve found little publications taking in account the group of persons that generates, share and transfer that knowledge working in teams. The aim of this paper is to propose a framework that describes the relationship between knowledge management and teamworking, integrating proposals and to outline some considerations for further research.
