Abstract: The statistical properties of the eigenvalues of non-Hermitian systems were studied. It was found that the distribution of the eigenvalue is governed by a diffusion equation in which system dependence enters only through the evolution parameter ∧ ∝ Y - Y0 related to complexity of the system. The spectral correlators for a given NHRE depend only on the associated ∧ value.
